I’m a super competitive person. I think its one of my strengths and so I love a challenge. Pushing myself to learn something new, build new habits or expand my thinking, totally floats my boat.

So a 30 Day challenge is right up my alley – they’re hard, fast and its easy to stay motivated because its only 30 Days.

Similarly to the Cleanish eating challenge. My diet sucks. It really does. Eating to nourish my body is something im really starting to focus on and see lots of benefits as a result.

I used to meditate every day but with a new husbo and a new family routine, that fell through the cracks. I felt my best when I was meditating, practicing yoga and eating well. So I’m gunna do it again
